SocialAgentry ("we") operates socialagentry.com, a platform that helps marketing teams create, approve, schedule, and publish social media content with the help of AI. We are based in the European Union. Questions about this policy: privacy@socialagentry.com.
Account data: your name, email address, and organization name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google — never your Google password.
Content you create: brand briefs, posts, campaigns, comments, and settings you enter into the product.
Social account credentials: if you connect social networks or other tools, the access keys you provide are stored encrypted (AES-256) and are only decrypted to perform the actions you set up (such as publishing a post). Every such use is recorded in your activity log.
Usage data: how much AI generation your account uses (for fair-use limits), and technical logs needed to keep the service reliable.
Content you ask the AI to write is processed by Anthropic (Claude) and, if you enable it, OpenAI. Your brand brief and related context are sent to these providers to produce your content. We do not use your content to train AI models.
We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Anthropic and optionally OpenAI (AI processing), Resend (email), and — only when you connect them — the social networks and tools you choose (e.g. Bluesky, OmniSocials, Ayrshare, HubSpot, Slack). Each receives only what is needed for its job.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Organization owners can export their organization's data and delete their account from Settings; you can also email us. Blocked or deleted accounts stop being processed immediately. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when your account is deleted. Credentials are encrypted at rest; access is limited and audited. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach ever affects your data, we will inform you without undue delay.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
